How to read these indicators

Crypto is not measured like a stock. A company has a balance sheet, a profit and a dividend, and the P/E ratio follows from those. A cryptocurrency has none of them, so you will find no earnings-based ratios such as P/E or P/B here. What is measured instead is supply, liquidity and price behaviour.

Market rank shows size. Large cryptocurrencies are more liquid and their price is harder to move with a single trade; as the rank falls, liquidity drops and manipulation risk rises.

Distance from the peak is where the price stands relative to its all-time high. On its own it does not mean cheap: being far below the peak can mean recovery potential just as easily as permanent loss of value.

Share of supply in circulation being low means a large supply is still to reach the market, which can create selling pressure over time. The volume / market cap ratio shows whether there is genuine interest in the asset on the day.

Risk warning. The crypto market is far more volatile than the stock market and trades 24 hours a day, weekends included. Nothing on this page is investment advice.
